How We Work - Estate Planning

Grant Schricker is a “listen first, talk second” attorney. He will make sure your concerns and questions are addressed.

The estate planning process typically takes 4-6 weeks, from start to finish. Simple plans usually require 2 meetings.

The first meeting can take place by phone, by video call, or in person - your preference. Ideally, we will collect some information from you prior to the first meeting.

The second meeting will take place in person at our office to review your documents. If you’re pleased with them, then you will sign them with the needed witnesses and notaries.

Most services are billed on a flat fee basis. The fees and billing discussion will happen up front (before you sign up) so there’s no guessing and no surprises with your bill.

We will communicate to keep you informed and involved as your project progresses.
